1. Delivery of goods

1.1 The Goods shall be delivered by the Seller or its authorised representative.
1.2 The Seller undertakes to manufacture the Goods within 2 to 5 working days and to deliver them to the Buyer within 2 to 5 working days after manufacture. These time limits shall not apply in cases where the Seller's warehouse does not have the goods required and the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional circumstances the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to Force Majeure.
1.3 When ordering the Goods, the Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
1.4 The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the Goods himself and the Goods have been delivered to the address indicated and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not have the right to claim against the Seller for delivery of the Goods to the wrong entity.

1.6 If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods in one consignment, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods in several consignments.
1.7 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limits for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.

2. Guarantee of the quality of goods

2.1 The characteristics of each item sold by the Seller shall be specified collectively in the creation of the image, card in the creation tool.
2.2 The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
2.3 In the event that the Seller does not guarantee the quality of certain types of goods, the warranty provided for in the relevant legislation shall apply.

3. Returns and exchanges

3.1 As the Seller's products are made individually according to the data provided by each customer, whether a photograph, audio recording, video or text, no returns are possible. All sales are final.
3.2 The Seller shall not be liable for any incorrect data provided by the Buyer, such as incorrect video, incorrect text or incorrect uploaded file. Incorrect data shall not result in any replacement of the goods.
3.3 If the Buyer receives a defective, damaged or defective item, the Buyer must inform the Seller no later than within 3 working days from the date of delivery. The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer within 3 working days of the return process.
3.4 The Seller undertakes to assess any defective, damaged or defective goods within 14 days. If the Goods are found to be defective, damaged or defective, the Seller will replace the Goods with new Goods.
3.5 In the event that the goods are returned pursuant to the right provided for in clause 3.3, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. In the case of returns of goods received in the wrong condition and/or defective, damaged or damaged goods, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods. In the event that the Seller is unable to return an equivalent item, the Seller shall refund the money paid for the goods to the Buyer.
3.6 The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's return of the Goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this Article.
